Terms and Conditions – Fierro for Congress
Agreement to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive recurring automated informational text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from Fierro for Congress, including messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the number you provided or any other number you designate. All messages, including informational content and vote reminders, are collectively referred to as the “Programs.”
Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless carrier for details.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary. Fierro for Congress reserves the right to change the number of messages sent at any time, as well as the phone number from which messages are sent.
Not all mobile devices may be supported, and messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Neither Fierro for Congress, its service providers, nor the mobile carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cancellation / Opt-Out
To stop receiving messages from any Program, text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to the number that sent you the message. You may receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.
Each Program and phone number may require a separate opt-out request. Other methods of opting out, including verbal requests or texting words not listed above, are not valid.

For assistance, text HELP to the applicable Program number or email us at campaign@fierroforcongress.com. Note that emailing or texting “HELP” is not a valid opt-out method; you must follow the opt-out instructions above.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Programs are provided “as-is” and may not be available in all areas or at all times. Fierro for Congress is not liable for delays, delivery failures, or interruptions caused by wireless carriers, network issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Information you provide will only be used to send you mobile messages and respond when necessary. This may include sharing information with service providers, message content providers, carriers, and vendors who assist in delivering messages.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or lease your information for profit. We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, governmental request, or to protect our rights or property.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when signing up for a Program. Misuse of the Program or providing false information may result in denial of access and legal action.
This Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions apply only to these Programs and do not affect any other privacy agreements or policies that may govern other interactions with Fierro for Congress.
